Refund Policy

Once placed the order, the item is non-refundable as it is a consumable item.

In any case, if the product is received in a damaged or unusable condition then a replacement of the order will be done. The product will be replaced only if the customer informs the company in the time period of upto 48 hours of the delivery.

Non-Delivery of orders

Please note we cannot offer any refunds for delayed orders. For orders that have not been delivered, we will look into the reason for non-delivery and provide a refund.
